Pelvic Floor Injections
We often use pelvic floor injections as an adjunct to help decrease the tension in the pelvic floor that is contributing to your symptoms. If need be pelvic floor injections can be repeated every 3 months.
Positions to try for sex
Bend knees, opening them out to the sides, and place pillows or rolled up towels under the outside of the knee. Partner is in between legs, supported on hands.
Toileting Position: Set yourself up for success!
The way you sit on the toilet makes a huge difference. Focusing on the position of your sphincter and a specific pelvic floor muscle will allow for optimal bowel health!
